Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Return Process

1. Request a Return

   • Log in to your account on Avue.com, go to “My Orders”, and click “Request Return” for the specific item.

   • Alternatively, email us at support@avue.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Prepare the Item

   • Place the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

   • We’ll arrange a courier pick-up (if applicable), or you can drop it off at our designated return location.

3. Quality Check

   • Once we receive your item, it will undergo a quality inspection.

   • If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange as per your request.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style:

• Submit an exchange request via the return portal or email.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.

Refunds

• Online Payments: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer, depending on your preference.

• Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
