These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, interactions, and services between Avue (“Avue”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) who use our website, mobile application, or other digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”).
Offer: The range of fashion, lifestyle, and related products made available for purchase through the Avue Platform.
Order: A purchase request placed by a Customer for one or more products via the Platform.
Customer: Any natural or legal person placing an Order through the Platform.
Agreement: The binding contract formed between Avue and the Customer upon confirmation of an Order.
Platform: The website, mobile application, or any digital interface operated by Avue for offering and processing Orders.
Company Name: Avue
These Terms apply to all Orders placed via Avue.com or its associated mobile applications.
By placing an Order, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and enters a direct contractual relationship with Avue.
Avue reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version effective at the time of Order confirmation shall apply.
Avue strives to ensure all product details—including sizes, colors, materials, descriptions, and prices (inclusive of VAT)—are accurate and up to date.
In rare cases, typographical or pricing errors may occur. Avue reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies or cancel affected Orders prior to shipment.
Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
An Agreement is established once the Customer completes checkout and Avue confirms the Order via email or notification.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring all contact and delivery details are correct.
If delivery fails due to inaccurate or incomplete information, additional delivery charges may apply.
Shipping costs (if any) will be clearly displayed before Order confirmation.
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customers are entitled to return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
Items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
The return is initiated through the Platform or by contacting our customer support.
Certain categories such as intimate wear, beauty products, personal care items, or customized goods are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
Payments must be made at checkout using the available online payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select orders based on location and order value.
Avue uses secure, encrypted payment gateways to protect customer information.
Refunds for approved returns or failed deliveries will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
Complaints regarding products, delivery, or customer service should be submitted via our contact form or email.
Avue will acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.
If a resolution cannot be achieved, disputes may be referred to the UAE Consumer Protection Authorities in accordance with UAE law.
Avue collects and processes customer data in compliance with applicable UAE data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, the Customer consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Avue shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Platform or purchased products.
Avue's total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The courts of Dubai, UAE, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
